I designed, built, and deployed the whole product on my own: the app, the warmup engine, the sending pipeline, the billing, and the deliverability tooling.
The problem
Cold-email and outreach senders burn domains constantly. A new inbox has no reputation, authentication is easy to get subtly wrong, and one bad stretch tanks placement for weeks. The fix is disciplined warmup (real emails sent, replied to, and engaged with between real mailboxes), plus correct DMARC / DKIM / SPF. It's tedious, easy to break, and rarely automated well.
inboxwarm does that ramp for you. You connect an inbox, and the system handles the schedule, the authentication checks, and the day-to-day sending and replying that builds reputation, so by the time you run a real campaign, your mail lands.
